OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

The Office of the Registrar is the repository of the academic records of students, both enrolled and graduated. The proper management of these highly important and delicate records is its utmost concern.

It provides the following services: (a) advises students and other clientele on curriculum requirements, as well as CCCT, BDTVEC and BDNAC academic policies; (b) evaluates and accredits subjects/units earned; (c) process students’ entrance and other academic credentials; (d) updates school records; (e) issues Transcript of Records, Diploma, Honorable Dismissal and other school documents; and, (f) verifies, authenticates, and certifies school records upon request of individuals and public or private organizations, here and abroad.

PROCEDURES IN REQUESTING FOR TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS, DIPLOMA AND OTHER ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  1. Ask from the frontdesk the Student Requisition Form
  2. Fill-up the Student Requisition Form
  3. Submit to the frontdesk for verification and the date of release

PROCEDURE IN SECURING STUDENT VISA ABROAD

  1. Students who are willing to study in Brunei Darussalam have to fulfill the Entry Requirements.

    All applicants must submit copies of the following:

    • Passport
    • Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of highest qualification
    • Transcript of Records
    • Two (2) Passport Size Photographs
    • Financial document from a bank indicating sufficient bank balance

  2. The Institution will assess the applicaton based on the Academic English entry requirements of the programme that applied for. To avoid any delay in the application, please ensure that all the sections fo the application form are completed duly and documents are attached.

  3. Once the applicaton is successful, applicant wil receive a Conditional Letter of Offer from Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology. Applicant should sign Acceptance Letter and the student pass application form and return it to CCCT with the registration fee.

  4. Upon receipt of the Acceptance Form and the completion of the Student Pass Application form, CCCT will apply for the pass with the student pass section of Ministry of Education.

  5. Applicant will receive a letter from CCCT once the student pass application is approved. Upon the receipt of this letter arrange for the payment of the course fee.

  6. Informatics will issue a Letter of Acceptance to the applicant once payment of the course fee has been paid; the student has to go for medical check (medical form can be collected from the Health Department). With the relevant medical documents submitted to CCCT, the student pass will be issued.
