CCCT AWARDS CERTIFICATES TO PROUD ACHIEVERS
A total number of 17 students from Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology received their certificates during the Certificate Awarding Ceremony on Saturday, 25th August 2007. During the ceremony, the Chairman of CCCT, Mr. Aziz Latip has given away the certificates. 14 students received the LCCI Level 3 Diploma in Business Studies whereas 3 students received the Informatics International Diploma in Accounting and Business & IT.
The event started with an opening speech by the Chairman, Mr Aziz Latip, who commented that the students have indeed made the College proud with their achievements. He also emphasised the importance of learning as a continuous process for all individuals regardless of their current status or levels of achievement.
During the ceremony, CCCT also presented the Best Student Award for Best Academic Achievement award to Ann Yong Hiong Mei who had successfully achieved Distinction in the Informatics International Diploma in Accounting. Furthermore, CCCT also took the opportunity to award a trip for a further education to the United Kingdom to Foo Chuan Kim @ Ling Ling, who is the first student to graduate from the College.
